Probably not gonna visit Italy again.
I wrote nearly the same thing about Casey Anthony, but I felt the need to say this to all the fucktards who are rejoicing because Amanda Knox was freed today:
YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL EXPERT. STOP. YOU KNOW NOTHING OF THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE TRIAL. STOP. YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE EVIDENCE, OR LACK-THERE-OF. STOP.
You just got super happy because a moderately attractive American female from an upper-middle class white family was freed from the injustice of a foreign country. Would you be this happy she were freed if she were a minority from a poor family in another country? Would you even know about it?
So many people act socially aware. What they don’t realize they’re actually doing is being social asshats. Oh you KNEW Casey Anthony was guilty? Well that’s interesting. A jury of her peers, presented with actual evidence, thought otherwise. Oh you KNEW Amanda Knox was innocent? That’s interesting, because you weren’t fucking there.
I get it. She’s from Seattle. She went to UW. She’s pretty. Her family cried on TV. This does not make you a legal expert. Your tweets don’t show that you’re versed in all matters concerning Amanda Knox; rather, they show you’re myopic and ill-informed. Just because you can have an opinion about something, doesn’t mean you need to share it with everyone. Also, you’ve created your opinion based on the opinions of others rather than fact. So … is that even really your opinion? Or are you just regurgitating someone else’s?
Any time something happens within the legal system, people like to chime in with their reactionary opinions and pass it off as fact. Chances are, you know absolutely nothing. You read a report on CNN? Someone give this man a fucking cookie. Oh, you read about it on Fox News? I think you’re a fucking douche bag. Stop pretending like you know what you’re talking about. You don’t, and you fucking know it.
The same people who “KNEW” Casey Anthony was guilty and “deserved” to go to jail are the same people who “KNEW” Amanda Knox was innocent and “deserved” to come home.
I fucking hate you all.

It just really frustrates me how people think they know what they’re talking about. They don’t. Not even a little bit.
it’s tough for everyone cause they have an opinion on it (whether it be well informed or not…) and because it did happen (acquittal or not) people want to speak up about it. Like the C.A. trial and this one, the only people who TRULY know are the ones involved. The reason these cases get so much attention is because there isn’t a clear cut answer so all we have is evidence and poorly gathered evidence to go off of. The problem is that people think that we have a World Court when in fact we don’t (gasp!)
I couldn’t give two shits if she’s guilty or not, it’s not my call. What I do know is that she’s a dumb whore who got into a whole pile of shit, and then lied about it. Fuck her. She deserves to stay locked up simply for making me know who she is. It’s times like this that I wish I lived somewhere else so I don’t have to see the goddamn hero’s welcome she’s going to get.
Once again, you’ve managed to capture my thoughts and blog that shit out. I’d ask you to get out of my head, but you did a nice job of decorating in there, and you keep the place organized. For that, I won’t even charge you rent.
